Founded in 2000 as Al Hekma Engineering Office (formerly Al Reey), the company began importing and exporting medical devices for hospitals across Egypt — bringing internationally certified equipment to local healthcare facilities.
In 2018, we expanded into manufacturing our own line of medical gas network products — including suction units, respiratory device components, and the precision regulators that quietly keep critical-care wards running.
Today, our work is held to international standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 13485) and built on a discipline rare in this trade: the conviction that a hospital’s equipment should outlast the warranties printed on its boxes.
